Clinic expansion project, built using lightweight prefabricated elements to achieve minimal construction time. The bolted structures are clad with insulating panels and a quick-to-install composite material. In collaboration with Alejandra Pombo Interior Design.

Building rehabilitation project with comprehensive protection on Ayala Street, under the supervision of the Historical Heritage Commission.

WOODEN STRUCTURES IN A NEWLY BUILT BUILDING ON ALONSO CANO STREET, MADRID.
Execution of exterior laminated wood structures in a building located on Alonso Cano street in Madrid.
Implementation period: 3 WEEKS
PREFABRICATED GAZEBO. MADRID
Project for the construction of a prefabricated steel and wood gazebo in the garden of a house in Madrid. Made entirely in a workshop using thin laminated wood, it creates a latticework structure that generates a warm space for year-round enjoyment.

A new project for the BIG MAMMA group, and in collaboration with Studio Kiki (London, UK), we achieved a space with a unique character like all the restaurants in the group.

Housing rehabilitation in Chelsea, London, UK.
This third project in London further solidifies Ecobuilt's capacity to undertake projects across Europe. Adhering to the original design principles of the house, which dates back to 1748, the work is carried out with the utmost respect and attention to every detail.

Kiosk Restaurant in Gran Plaza 2 Shopping Centre. Madrid.
Installation of thermal conditioning measures on a project carried out in 2024. Radiant cooling floor, misting and ventilation allow the continuous use of the terrace all year round. Area: 288m2.
